32 hrs/week, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (Day shift)

• Provide emotional support, crisis intervention, and counseling for patients across all age groups and their significant others.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and assist in development and re‑evaluation of treatment plans as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Provide case management, milieu management, information referral, and coordination of discharge planning.
• Maintain clinical records and documentation for each client during their length of stay.
• Manage placement requirements and discharge planning responsibilities.

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field, or Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• State registration or license within 3 months of hire (or as required at the time of hire). Must maintain licensure.
• Minimum one year of hospital or outpatient experience with emphasis in mental health care.
• Experience working with a diverse population facing issues such as death and dying, maternal and child care, substance abuse, disability, chronic illness, etc.
• Current state license (LSW or higher) required upon hire and must be maintained.

• Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire.

Part‑time (59 hrs+). Days.
