PositionSummary
The Retail Communications Governance Specialist will play a critical role in governing messaging across field leaders and store colleagues, working collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization.
In This Role You Will- Work collaboratively within the Retail Communications team and other departments to deploy assets for campaigns across multiple vehicles
- Consult on strategy and govern messaging; navigate new and legacy platforms to help evolve the way CVS Health communicates internally
- Innovate the way we notify our colleagues and share information they need to know to do their jobs
- Support publishing store and field communications (includes copy editing, uploading, and adjusting store distribution lists)
- Demonstrate knowledge and strategic insight into new and legacy communication platforms, processes and vehicles based on store experience
- 2+ years of experience within a communication related role or equivalent CVS corporate or store experience
- Ability to travel up-to-10% of the time, based on the needs of the business
- Experience in front store or pharmacy
- Proven ability to influence colleagues who do not report to you and leaders where appropriate
- Proficiency in all communication modality programs (Microsoft Office, Adobe, etc.)
- Proficiency leveraging remote connection tools (MS Teams, One Drive, etc.) to collaborate with colleagues
- Proficiency in writing and copy-editing messages across various audiences and modalities
- Basic understanding of how to measure efficacy of different communication vehicles
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience
