** Position Summary
** CVS Health’s internal creative agency, Heart Haus, is seeking a
** Generative Designer, Video Content
** to create compelling video content using generative AI tools. This role blends creativity and technical expertise to produce motion graphics, edit videos, and integrate AI into design workflows. A strong storytelling mindset and ability to craft visually engaging narratives are essential.
* Work on cutting-edge AI-driven video production.
* Collaborate with a creative, innovative team.
** Roles & Responsibilities
*** Conceptualize, storyboard, and produce AI-generated video content.
* Edit and assemble raw and AI-generated footage into polished narratives using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
* Develop advanced prompting techniques for visual consistency.
* Collaborate with creative teams to translate briefs into compelling video stories.
* Stay current with emerging AI tools and trends to enhance creative capabilities.
** Required Qualifications
*** 5+ years in video editing, motion design, or content creation with hands-on generative AI experience.
* Strong portfolio showcasing AI-driven video and motion graphics work.
* Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and familiarity with generative AI tools (Adobe Firefly, Runway, Google Veo
3).
* Proficient on MAC and Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Experience in large organizations or creative agencies.
* Background in retail or healthcare industries.
* Familiarity with MRM tools (e.g., Workfront).
* Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
* Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology and fast-paced environments.
* Collaborative team player with enthusiasm and positive attitude.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
** Education
* ** High School Diploma or GED required.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Production, Computer Science, AI, or equivalent experience preferred.

** The typical pay range for this role is:$79,310.00 - $This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
