Position

Summary

The Imports Senior Analyst manages the international supply chain financing process for CVS vendors. The role ensures the accuracy of import purchase order data, oversees ocean‑freight invoice processing, supports analysis for the import P&L, and contributes to Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) compliance. This position collaborates closely with suppliers, service providers, Accounts Payable, Category Management, and Inventory Management to ensure timely, accurate financial execution and issue resolution.

The Imports Senior Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring supply chain compliance and accurate vendor payment.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary financial contact for external banking partners, Treasury, and suppliers.
  • Administer approximately $200M in annual product spend within the import vendor‑finance program.
  • Ensure banking partners receive accurate and timely purchase order information to support regulatory audit requirements.
  • Validate purchase order and product master data and coordinate corrections as needed.
  • Manage new vendor onboarding and oversee technology enhancements to external banking platforms.
  • Maintain amendment logs and administer the late‑shipment penalty program.
  • Oversee processing and payment of inbound ocean‑freight invoices.
  • Ensure accuracy with contracted rates, compliance standards, and required timelines.
  • Provide analytical support for forecasting, budgeting, and FCPA compliance.
  • Develop reporting and analytics to support merchandising, inventory management, and store‑brand teams.
  • Lead ad‑hoc projects related to import programs.
  • Support and provide coverage for colleagues during critical business periods.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance Operations, Compliance Operations or Supply Chain Administration
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of international finance and transportation (ocean and air freight).
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple management levels.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and web‑based/mainframe systems.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to manage timelines effectively

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
