The Product Operations Senior Analyst will be a key contributor to a high-performing team focused on designing, developing, optimizing, and implementing operational strategies to achieve our mission of helping patients on their path to better health through improved outcomes. This role supports the Pharmacy Growth and Omnichannel organization, within the Pharmacy Health Services Product Operations Team. It offers a great opportunity to use your business operations skills to deliver operational success and to leverage communication across the business enterprise.

Responsibilities
  • Ownership of key business operational processes for one or more patient messaging and engagement programs
  • Identifying, optimizing, and implementing business processes for innovative customer care messaging programs
  • Monitoring program performance, proactively detecting performance issues, and identifying corrective actions and performance improvement opportunities
  • Building collaborative relationships with internal business partners and external B2B clients
  • Contributing to quantitative and qualitative analyses
Essential Responsibilities Include
  • Delivering successful operational results according to schedule and quality goals
  • Delivering quantitative and qualitative analyses that yield critical answers to help increase program efficacy
Required Qualifications
  • 2 or more years of business process operational experience for healthcare service programs that engage patients and drive positive healthcare outcomes
  • 2 or more years of contributing to development of business processes across an enterprise organization
  • 2 or more years of working in a matrix team organization with a positive team-oriented mindset and a willingness to work on multiple work streams
  • Expertise with MS Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, Business Operations, Program Management, or similar
  • Experience in new product development and project management processes to bring new capabilities from definition through development, testing, and launch
  • Analytical experience, designing and executing complex analyses using Excel, SQL, and Tableau
Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Pay Range

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $46,988.00 - $. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
