The Rx Modernization program is dedicated to revolutionizing the prescription process through advanced technology and streamlined workflows, with a strong emphasis on patient‑centric care. This program seeks to deliver a more efficient, reliable, and user‑friendly pharmacy experience that prioritizes patient needs and enhances overall healthcare quality. The Technical Product Lead will play a critical role in shaping the future of our Pharmacy platforms and technology, acting as a key liaison between business and technology teams for the Rx Modernization Program.
YouWill
- Lead the development and implementation of creative, high‑quality requirement roadmaps based on Modernization strategy and vision.
- Assume end‑to‑end responsibility for the strategic value, usability, and performance of our solutions.
- Influence key stakeholders in design and planning decisions.
- Manage prioritization and trade‑offs among experience, scope, and time to market.
- Work closely with front‑end/back‑end engineering teams, design, and stakeholders in an agile environment to deliver solutions to market.
- Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues to help the team meet business, financial, and technical goals.
- Manage backlog planning and development through day‑to‑day collaboration and decision making with a cross‑functional team including engineers, designers, and subject‑matter representatives.
- Develop detailed, crisp user stories with acceptance criteria based on customer needs/experience and business requirements that can be used to create product specifications and architecture.
- Work with UX Research to design usability and research studies to inform product requirements and influence product design and experience.
- Own and manage the backlog; continuously order and prioritize to ensure that 1–2 sprints/iterations of backlog are always ready.
- Define and analyze metrics that measure and benchmark solution success.
- Drive product launches, including working with business stakeholders, engineers, and other cross‑functional teams across the enterprise.
- Play an active role in optimization and process improvements so teams can easily understand, build, and maintain best‑in‑class software systems.
- Provide leadership, technology guidance, and mentor others throughout their domain.
- Demonstrate superior product and industry knowledge.
- 7+ years of experience as a Technical Lead, Design Lead, Solution Lead, or Technical Product Manager.
- 5+ years of experience in distributed systems, cloud computing, and microservices architectures.
- 5+ years of database experience (SQL, No
SQL, table structure, data relationships). - 5+ years of experience working in agile product development.
- Strong work ethic, self‑starter, and highly productive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
- Strong business process acumen with experience supporting business stakeholders.
- Business‑level communication skills.
- Facilitates dialogues that generate new perspectives and trigger recommendations for substantial innovation and enhancement, including analysis of consequences.
- Skilled in negotiation to align stakeholders and communicate a single synthesized perspective to the scrum team.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience).
$ – $. The base salary will depend on experience, education, geography, and other factors. The position is eligible for bonus, commission, short‑term incentive, and equity award programs.
