As Product Operations Senior Analyst, your role will be:
* Ownership of key business operational processes for one or more patient messaging and engagement programs
* Identifying, optimizing, and implementing business processes for innovative customer care messaging programs
* Monitoring program performance, proactively detecting performance issues before they become problematic, and identifying corrective actions and performance improvement opportunities
* Building collaborative relationships with internal business partners and external B2B clients
* Contributing to quantitative and qualitative analyses

Essential responsibilities include:
* Delivering successful operational results according by meeting schedule and quality goals
* Delivering quantitative and qualitative analyses that will yield critical answers to the questions that help increase program efficacy
** Required Qualifications
*** 2 or more years of business process operational experience for healthcare service programs that engage patients and drive positive healthcare outcomes
* 2 or more years of contributing to development of business processes across an enterprise organization
* 2 or more years of working in a matrix team organization with a positive team-oriented mindset and a willingness to work on multiple work streams
* Expertise with MS Office Suite
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Bachelor’s degree in business management, Business Operations, Program Management, or similar
* Experience in new product development and project management processes to bring new capabilities from definition through development, testing, and launch
* Analytical experience, designing and executing complex analyses using Excel, SQL, and Tableau
