Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct or indirect professional nursing services, including nursing assessments, planning, interventions, evaluations, health-related education, case management, and execution of the treatment plan prescribed by doctors.
Job Type/Salary Details

- 12 Hour Shifts - NIGHT SHIFT
- RN salary levels (based on experience/tenure/certification): RN III - $76,500; RN II - $72,500; RN I - $70,000
- Salary ranges based on experience, tenure, and certification
- $3.00/Hour shift differentials for evening/nights/weekends/holidays
- Additional weekend night earnings example: RN III weekend night could earn $42.78/hour
- Full compensation of $100,000+ includes base salary, retirement, and state-paid benefit allowance (dependent on covered dependents)
- FLSA Status:
Exempt - Multiple Vacancies
Qualifications
- RN III:
Bachelor’s in Nursing and valid permanent Oklahoma RN license (or eNLC-recognized RN license) with one year of professional nursing experience; or Associate degree in Nursing with two years of professional nursing experience; or Associate degree with three years of LPN experience in psychiatric nursing.
Note:
out-of-state license with eNLC may have restrictions on billing. - RN II:

Northwest Center for Behavioral Health’s Acute Care Unit and Residential Unit are located in Ft. Supply, OK, offering acute inpatient care and psychiatric stabilization services. We have a long-standing history of leadership in mental health care. We are recruiting Registered Nurses to join our team.

Special Requirements
- Applicant must be able to pass an OSBI background check
- Must possess a US driver’s license to perform job-related travel if necessary
- Conditional offer of employment requires urinalysis drug test; appointment contingent on negative result
- If required, applicants must submit to a physical examination and meet physical requirements (occasionally lifting/carrying 50 pounds; can pull maximum 25 pounds)
THIS AGENCY REQUIRES COVERAGE 24 HOURS, 7 DAYS PER WEEK. WORK HOURS AND LOCATION MAY VARY; weekends/overtime may be required.
