Compensation
:
- RN III – $76,500 annual (base salary $100,000+ including retirement and state benefit allowance)
- RN II – $72,500 annual
- RN I – $70,000 annual
- $3.00 per hour shift differential for evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays (extra $6.00/hr for weekends at night); an RN III working a weekend night could earn $42.78 an hour.
- FLSA status: exempt, multiple vacancies.
Northwest Center for Behavioral Health’s Acute Care Unit and Residential Unit in Ft. Supply, OK provides acute inpatient care and psychiatric stabilization services. As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver direct or indirect professional nursing services, including assessments, planning, interventions, evaluations, health‑related education, case management, and execution of the treatment plan prescribed by physicians.
Qualifications- RN III
:
Bachelor’s in Nursing with a valid permanent Oklahoma license or an eNLC license and 1 year of professional nursing experience; or Associate in Nursing with 2 years of professional nursing experience; or Associate in Nursing with 3 years of LPN experience in psychiatric nursing. - RN II
:
Bachelor’s in Nursing with a valid Oklahoma license or eNLC and 1 year of professional nursing experience; or Associate in Nursing with 1 year of professional nursing experience; or Associate in Nursing with 2 years of LPN experience in psychiatric nursing. - RN I:
Associate in Nursing with a valid Oklahoma license or eNLC. - Note:
If held out‑of‑state license via eNLC, employee cannot bill in this position.
