This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative, based in Woodstock, IL. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, creating opportunities, and managing customer accounts. Daily tasks include communicating with prospective and current clients, addressing inquiries, providing product recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities may include achieving targets and maintaining accurate sales records.
Qualifications- Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Customer Service and a focus on Customer Satisfaction
- Track record in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work closely with a team and contribute to achieving sales goals
- Prior experience in a related industry such as printing or paper products is a bonus
