The Desmond Tutu Health Foundation is currently recruiting for an experienced HRIS & Payroll Co-ordinator
. The HRIS & Payroll Co-ordinator will be responsible for implementing the organisation’s Payroll and HR systems, enabling accurate, compliant, and efficient HR operations. The role includes end-to-end payroll processing on Payspace, driving the implementation, optimisation, and support of HR systems including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Direct Hire, and Power BI dashboards. The incumbent will also ensure seamless system integration, manage Employee Self-Service (ESS), maintain data integrity, and deliver analytics and HR reporting to support Management decision-making.
By combining technical expertise with hands-on implementation, training, and stakeholder engagement, the role guarantees that all HR and payroll systems are secure, up-to-date, compliant, and aligned with statutory, donor, and organisational requirements.
- Implement and manage Payroll and HR systems to enable accurate, compliant, and efficient HR operations.
- Perform end-to-end payroll processing on Payspace.
- Drive implementation, optimisation, and support of HR systems including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Direct Hire, and Power BI dashboards.
- Ensure seamless system integration and manage Employee Self-Service (ESS).
- Maintain data integrity and deliver analytics and HR reporting to support management decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure HR and payroll systems are secure, up-to-date, compliant, and aligned with statutory, donor, and organisational requirements.
- Experience with end-to-end payroll processing on Payspace.
- Experience with HRIS & payroll systems implementation and optimisation (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Direct Hire, Power BI dashboards).
- Strong data integrity, analytics, and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to train, engage, and communicate with stakeholders across the organisation.
