Back 2 Basics Pediatric Therapy is a boutique, multidisciplinary clinic serving children and teens. We are growing and seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is passionate about pediatric mental health and collaboration.

- Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children and adolescents (ages 0–19).
- Part-time or full-time options available (25–40 hours/week).
- In-person care with some telehealth opportunities.

- Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
- Deliver evidence‑based, person-centered therapeutic interventions.
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary team members.
- Participate in team meetings, consultation, and supervision.
- Maintain ethical and professional standards of practice.
- Optional: mentor or support newer clinicians based on experience and interest.
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
- Active Maryland license (LPC, LCPC, LMSW, LCSW, or LMFT).
- At least 1 year of pediatric experience (preferred; strong child/family background considered).
- Passion for working with children, teens, and families.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
