• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children and adolescents (ages 0–19).
• Part-time or full-time options available (25–40 hours/week).
• In-person care with some telehealth opportunities.
• Outpatient, private practice setting.

• Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Deliver evidence‑based, person-centered therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary team members.
• Participate in team meetings, consultation, and supervision.
• Maintain ethical and professional standards of practice.
• Optional: mentor or support newer clinicians based on experience and interest.

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Active Maryland license (LPC, LCPC, LMSW, LCSW, or LMFT).
• At least 1 year of pediatric experience (preferred; strong child/family background considered).
• Passion for working with children, teens, and families.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
