- Design heavy‑lifting equipment – break into the text books and calculators of engineering
- Perform calculations required for the winch or hoist, and lead the advance material requisitions to get key components on order
- Create highly‑engineered, unique designs for each project
- Witness the manufacturing and testing of equipment you designed, shaping world‑class infrastructure projects

- Previous design experience engineering capital equipment in a manufacturing environment
- Sense of urgency, highly responsive and oriented toward action

- Post‑secondary education in Engineering
