• Design heavy‑lifting equipment – break into the text books and calculators of engineering
• Perform calculations required for the winch or hoist, and lead the advance material requisitions to get key components on order
• Create highly‑engineered, unique designs for each project
• Witness the manufacturing and testing of equipment you designed, shaping world‑class infrastructure projects

• Previous design experience engineering capital equipment in a manufacturing environment
