SummaryThe Assistant Shipping Supervisor supports the Shipping Supervisor in overseeing daily shipping operations. This role ensures accurate and timely shipment of orders and assists with staff training and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in supervising shipping activities and personnel.
- Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Support training and development of shipping staff.
- Maintain shipping documentation and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational policies.
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- 2+ years of shipping or warehouse experience.
- Familiarity with shipping software and systems.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
