Role Overview

We're seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to fuel our growth by managing leads from Google, lead aggregators, and marketing campaigns (e.g., geo-fenced ads). You'll answer phones, follow up on leads with speed and enthusiasm, set appointments for our Outside Sales Reps, and track progress in our CRM. This in-office role requires you to be behind a computer and phone turning marketing leads into booked appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls professionally with a focus on the customer's needs
  • Follow up on leads from Google, aggregators, and ads via warm calls, emails, and texts, prioritizing speed-to-lead.
  • Set appointments for Outside Sales Reps to maximize conversions from marketing campaigns.
  • Update lead and customer data in our CRM (Salesforce experience a plus).
  • Nurture prospects to build trust and drive appointment bookings.
  • Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments to support marketing and sales goals.

Requirements
  • Experience in lead generation, customer service, or appointment setting (marketing or call center experience a plus).
  • Strong phone, email, and text communication skills to engage leads effectively.
  • Organized and detail-oriented for CRM updates and lead tracking.
  • Motivated to convert leads into appointments with a focus on speed-to-lead.
  • Comfortable working in-office, managing calls and computer tasks all day.
  • Eager to learn marketing tools and processes (Salesforce knowledge a plus).
  • Team player with a self-driven attitude to hit appointment goals.
