Merchandise and Stocking Associate

Base Pay Range

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Position Summary:

Work on your feet, stock shelves, unload trucks, fulfill club pick‑up orders, keep inventory organized, and provide member service in a fast‑paced environment.

• Move inventory in the backroom, unload trucks, and fulfill club pick‑up orders.
• Stock shelves, sort and organize products, and maintain a clean, member‑ready area.
• Assist members with locating merchandise and resolving member issues.
• Conduct safety sweeps, follow forklift spotting procedures, and handle hazardous materials safely.
• Monitor product quality, rotation, and sanitation standards.
• Set up, clean, and organize product displays, remove damaged goods, and price merchandise.
• Engage vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
• Communicate progress, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with managers and co‑workers.
• Adapt to changes and learn from feedback.

Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
