• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two or more years of experience in retail
• Associate’s Degree or completion of related retail management coursework preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Previous experience in retail, fast‑food or warehouse environments
• Previous military or nonprofit experience

As a Shift Supervisor you’ll be part of the store’s management team. You’ll supervise store personnel, open the store and serve as the keyholder/supervisor on duty. Your duties include training and coaching store associates, modeling how to greet and assist our donors/customers, addressing complaints and challenges from the team, and maintaining the store’s overall appearance and cleanliness. Ongoing training is provided, and as you progress you may be offered opportunities to transfer to other stores.
