• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Oversee the operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
• Control expenses, shrinkage, human resources management, merchandising, and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.
• Meet the minimum age requirement of 21.
• Perform physical tasks: standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for more than 8 hours.

Prior retail management experience is required.
