The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining guest services and supporting the Store Manager in managing the overall store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, as well as handling merchandising and inventory control in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Minimum age requirement: 18 years. Physical demands include in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
