Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver/CNA to join our team at Brickmont of Woodstock in Woodstock, Georgia. As a Caregiver/CNA, you will provide personalized care and assistance to our residents in a warm and homelike environment. This is a full‑time, hourly position in the healthcare/medical field, and you will work independently as an individual contributor.

• Provide direct care and assistance to residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Take and record vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals
• Help residents with medication management and ensure all medications are taken according to prescribed instructions
• Observe and report any changes in residents' health or behavior to the nurse and/or supervisor
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
• Foster a safe and comfortable environment for residents by maintaining a clean and organized living space
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Participate in care planning meetings and document all care provided accurately and promptly

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a caregiver or CNA in a healthcare setting
• Knowledge of basic care techniques and infection control practices
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathetic and patient demeanor
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
