Job SummaryWe are excited to offer current college students an immersive 10‑week summer internship through our Ready‑Mix Internship Development Program. Starting in May each year, this program provides hands‑on experience across essential Ready‑Mix functions such as Cement Manufacturing, Process Improvements, Quality & Reliability, Equipment Maintenance, Production Process, and Data Management.

Bring forward innovative solutions that contribute to continuous improvement of our processes.
- Educational foundation:
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Concrete Industry Management, Construction Science Management, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields with at least junior year standing. - Academic performance: GPA of 2.5 or higher, preferred 3.0 or above.
- Leadership potential:
Demonstrated leadership qualities and proactive problem‑solving. - Communication skills:
Strong analytical and communication abilities; able to present ideas clearly. - Technical proficiency:
Experience through internships, co‑op programs, or university projects in relevant fields. - Team collaboration:
Comfortable working independently and in teams.
Physical Requirements
- Work schedule:
Full‑time, on‑site internship, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. - Environment:
Mix of office and fieldwork with varying conditions, including outdoor settings.
- Industry exposure:
Gain in‑depth knowledge of the building materials industry and the critical role of Ready‑Mix operations. - Growth and development:
