Lead Infant or Toddler Teacher, 8a to 5p, No Nights or Weekends

We are looking for an energetic, nurturing person to lead our infant and toddler classes during the day. The role is a full‑time position that does not require nights or weekends.

The lead teachers are responsible for coordinating the daily operations of assigned classes. They plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities for children in a safe environment. They work directly with children and parents daily to provide quality customer service.

• Feel a sense of accomplishment playing in playful learning.
• Observe children’s interests and collaborate with other teachers on creative curriculum.
• Communicate with parents daily via mobile apps and discussions.
• Engage with other childcare professionals and continue to grow professionally.

• Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred.
• 1‑2 years of previous experience preferred.
• Successfully completed state‑required pre‑service training.
• Strong communication and relationship building with children, parents, and faculty.
• Ability to calmly address stressful situations while multi‑tasking.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and, for infants, lift into/out of crib.
• Meets background check eligibility.
