Assembler, Manufacturing ​/ Production

Overview

We are looking for a skilled assembler to join a fun and supportive production team. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembling components and a strong understanding of electronic systems. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electronic products to ensure they meet our high-quality standards.

• Read and interpret electronic schematics, blueprints, and work instructions to assemble electronic components accurately
• Use hand and power tools to solder, crimp, and connect electronic parts
• Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet specifications and standards
• Troubleshoot and repair any defects or malfunctions in electronic systems
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
• Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and troubleshoot issues
• Adhere to company safety protocols and regulations at all times

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in electronic assembly or a related field
• Strong understanding of electronic systems and components
• Proficient in using hand and power tools for assembly and repair
• Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and blueprints
• Detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot electronic systems
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in a manufacturing environment
