General Machinist

IS2 Woodstock is hiring a General Machinist for a well-established custom fabrication facility based in Woodstock.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain industrial lathes and drills.
• Manual Lathe Work
  - Conventional Mills
• Interpret blueprint drawings and work instructions.
• Ensure that all operations adhere to safety protocols.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience working with machine tools, lathes, drills and other industrial equipment.
• Excellent knowledge of material properties.
• A high school qualification or equivalent.
• An apprenticeship involving general machining will be considered an asset. .
• Knowledge of safety protocols.

Days

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
