Technical Lead
who can bridge the gap between high-end construction and precision electrical work. You will be the 'brain' on our installation job sites—helping our team build elite outdoor living spaces and personally owning the final electrical terminations, motor programming, and other fun electrical enhancements our clients are looking for.

What You’ll Do

• The Build:Work alongside our installation crew to assemble and build high-end outdoor living comfort systems (pergolas, motorized screens, outdoor kitchens, radiant heaters, etc).
• The Power:Lead the electrical phase of each project, including running conduit, wiring motors, installing lighting, fans, heaters and outlets.
• The Tech:Program motorized systems.
• Compliance:Ensure all work meets NEC standards and local Utah residential codes.
• Leadership:Act as the technical point of contact for the crew, ensuring every install is powered and programmed correctly.

What We’re Looking For

• The License:Active Utah Journeyman (or Master) Electrician License is

• The Muscle:Ability to handle the physical demands of outdoor construction (lifting 50+ lbs, working on ladders, and using power tools).
• The Mindset:A 'team-first' attitude. You are happy to pick up a drill or help move a beam to get the job done.
• The Professionalism:You’ll be working in high-end homes; a clean appearance and great communication skills are a must.
