Chemistry Recycler & Equipment Maintenance Technician

Role Overview

We are hiring a technically strong, mechanically capable operator to take full ownership of our in-house chemistry distillation and recycling system — a mission-critical process supporting flexographic plate production.

This is not a passive monitoring position. You will become the internal expert responsible for uptime, performance, safety, and optimization of the system.

• Operate and continuously monitor chemistry recycling/distillation equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical or process issues
• Maintain consistent chemistry quality and system output
• Perform preventative maintenance during system cycle downtime
  
  Support other departments when primary responsibilities are fully covered

The recycling process is always the priority.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Experience operating or maintaining industrial equipment
• High ownership mindset and accountability
• Detail-oriented with strong safety awareness
• Self-directed and dependable

Manufacturing or maintenance background preferred.

• Reliable recycling uptime
• Well-maintained, optimized equipment
• Proactive identification of potential failures
• Recognized internally as the subject matter expert
