Saw Operator

Patriot Concrete is seeking a skilled and motivated Saw Operator to join our team. This position is responsible for operating concrete cutting equipment including early-entry saws, core drills, flat saws, and wall saws. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, physically capable, and takes pride in producing clean, precise cuts on commercial and industrial job sites. This role requires attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced construction environments.

• Operate early-entry saws (Husqvarna 4000 series and similar equipment)
• Perform slab-on-grade saw cutting layouts (control joints, expansion joints, decorative cuts)
• Operate flat saws, core drills, and hand saws as needed
• Measure, mark, and execute accurate cutting layouts
• Follow job specifications and project drawings
• Maintain and inspect equipment daily
• Replace blades and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
• Ensure dust control systems are properly set up and functioning
• Follow OSHA and company safety standards at all times
• Work closely with crew members and job site supervisors
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
