At Lindora, we believe wellness is more than a goalits a deeply personal journey. Thats why were hiring a Client Concierge to help open our new Woods Cross, UT clinic and serve as the first point of connection for every individual who walks through our doors.
With over 50 years of experience in medically guided weight loss and metabolic care, Lindora offers services like Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), GLP-1 medications, IV hydration, and laser body contouring. But more than what we offerits how we care. And that begins with you.
Who You AreYou lead with empathy, warmth, and compassion. You listen first, speak kindly, and always look for ways to make someones day better. You thrive in a fast-paced setting, but never rush an interaction. Whether someone is starting their journey or struggling to stay on track, you meet them where they arewith patience, understanding, and encouragement.
What Youll DoGreet every client with genuine warmth, making them feel seen and welcomed
Support their visit by preparing for weigh-ins, tracking progress, and verifying records with care
Guide clients through Lindoras programs in a way that feels empowering and approachable
Manage schedules and appointments thoughtfully to reduce stress and support consistency
Handle paperwork and memberships with accuracy and attention to detail
Respond to concerns with empathy, follow-through, and a solutions-focused mindset
Make supportive calls to check in, encourage progress, and deepen trust
Partner with the clinical team to ensure a smooth and comforting in-studio experience
Participate in outreach and local events to bring Lindoras message of care to the community
Offer guidance on nutrition and menu planning as part of a whole-person wellness approach
What You BringA deep care for others and a passion for helping people feel better inside and out
Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond with empathy
Experience in customer service, wellness, or healthcare is helpful but not required
Comfort with technology and digital recordkeeping
A calm, organized presence even in fast-paced environments
A willingness to work as part of a supportive, collaborative team
A goal-oriented mindset balanced with a heart for service
