We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to support continued growth and lead projects from planning through completion.

Position Summary

As the HVAC Project Manager
, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing HVAC construction projects to ensure they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, effective leadership, and the ability to collaborate closely with field teams, subcontractors, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and coordinate all activities for assigned HVAC projects
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and reporting
  • Review engineering and construction drawings for HVAC accuracy and constructability
  • Supervise subcontractors, project coordinators, and field leadership to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, design teams, vendors, and internal teams
  • Prepare and manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and pay applications
  • Partner with operations leadership to plan labor, equipment, and material resources
  • Track project costs, productivity, and margin performance
  • Monitor jobsite safety and enforce compliance with company and regulatory standards
  • Identify and resolve project challenges quickly while maintaining project momentum
  • Represent Advanced Heating & Cooling in project meetings and provide clear, consistent communication
Qualifications
  • 5–10+ years of project management experience with a strong focus on commercial and/or industrial HVAC projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and construction methods
  • Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating field operations
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and other construction management software
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • OSHA 30 preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License with clean MVR; ability to travel to job sites as needed
  • PMP certification a plus
Work Environment

This role is based in Utah and includes a mix of office and on-site project responsibilities. Candidates should expect exposure to active construction environments, including outdoor conditions, noise, mechanical systems, and jobsite activity.
