Warehouse Associate I

Pay: $19.00 per hour

The Warehouse Associate I is responsible for picking, packing, and shipping products, verifying orders, and ensuring accurate inventory management. This role involves loading and unloading trucks, processing stock and materials, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The position requires attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Pick, pack, and ship products according to order specifications.
• Verify product numbers, quantities, and order accuracy.
• Load and unload trucks and containers, ensuring proper placement in storage areas.
• Receive and process stock and materials.
• Stock warehouse shelves and rotate/replenish inventory as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Identify and report missing, lost, or damaged materials.
• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) or learn to operate PIT equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to understand English (due to safety and training requirements).
• Must wear safety shoes during orientation and while working.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs. and push/pull up to 35 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and in multiple capacities/functions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must live within 35 miles of Woodridge, IL.
• Ability to work flexible hours and occasional overtime.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with handheld/RF scanners.
• Forklift or material handling equipment experience.
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Prior warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
