Sobotranz is actively hiring CDL-A drivers to haul 100% no-touch dry freight on consistent, reliable lanes. We value every driver and every load, focusing on safety, on-time delivery, and honest pay. Join our team and drive modern Class 8 trucks with predictable home time.

• Competitive pay structure starting at $0.60 CPM
• Average $2,000 – $3,000 per week.

• Extra stop pay: $35 per stop.
• Detention pay: $25/hour after 2 hours.
• Layover pay: $100 (if no load booked prior to 4 PM).

• Initial run:
  21 days on the road / 3 days home
• After onboarding:
  14 days out / 2 days home

• Dry van freight only.
• Clean, 1-in / 1-out freight.
• 100% no-touch.
• No trash, no waste, no hazardous materials.

• Valid CDL-A.
• 3 years of CDL-A experience. 2 years may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis or by referral.
• No accidents in the last 3 years.
• No speeding violations in the last 3 years.
• No moving violations.
• Clean MVR.
• Clean PSP.

• The company covers all flight costs for drivers relocating to join us.
• Strong, consistent weekly pay.
