Position Summary

The Creative Services Project Manager is a key player in the successful execution of marketing, primarily creative projects, overseeing the entire workflow from conception to delivery. This role is essential in ensuring that projects are prioritized effectively, planned meticulously, and resourced appropriately. By facilitating seamless communication between stakeholders, requestors, and marketing teams, the Creative Services Project Manager ensures that all parties are aligned and informed throughout the project's lifecycle.

This person is pivotal for integrating creative efforts with broader marketing strategies, driving the successful execution of projects that support the organization's goals.

Responsibilities
  • Workflow Management & Scheduling:
    Oversee the end‑to‑end creative project process, including inbounding, scoping, tracking progress, adjusting timelines, and maintaining visibility across teams. Create and manage project schedules that clearly define timelines and milestones to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  • Prioritization & Resource Allocation:
    Assess project requests based on strategic importance and resource availability. Assign team members and resources according to expertise and workload, balancing competing priorities to optimize performance and meet deadlines.
  • Facilitation & Stakeholder Communication:
    Act as the primary liaison for all project stakeholders, including marketing leaders, creative teams, and external partners. Gather materials and requirements, schedule meetings (kick‑offs, reviews), provide updates, and manage feedback to ensure alignment and collaboration. Organize project files and assets in SharePoint.
  • Cross‑Functional

    Collaboration:

    Partner with multiple departments to align project goals, messaging, and strategic initiatives. Foster open communication and creative input across teams.
  • Quality Assurance:
    Review all creative outputs to ensure they meet organizational standards, budget, and project scope before final approval and distribution.
  • Process Creation & Improvement:
    Develop, document, and train the team on workflow processes and best practices. Continuously evaluate and refine processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in project execution.
  • Key Vendor & Project Liaison:
    Manage logistics for large‑scale or ongoing projects, including photography, video shoots, and printed catalogs (price book & look book). Coordinate schedules, calls, meetings, materials, and assets to support smooth execution.
  • New Product Development:
    Lead tasks owned by the marketing team in the new product development process, including coordinating cross‑functional touchpoints, facilitating meetings, and ensuring alignment across departments to drive timely and successful launches.
  • Flexibility to perform other duties as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of project management or related experience required
  • Commensurate work experience
