Claims Coordinator | Transportation

We are seeking a Claims Coordinator , this role exists for one reason: to protect the company from financial loss and operational drag caused by accidents, damage, and insurance claims.

If you thrive on ownership, follow-through, and closing the loop, this role will suit you well. If you’re looking for a passive or purely administrative position, this is not the right fit.

• Claims are reported immediately and documented accurately
• Insurance carriers and adjusters respond quickly because follow-ups are consistent
• Claims move steadily toward resolution — nothing sits idle
• Leadership always has clear visibility into claim status

• Managing vehicle accident, damage, and cargo claims end-to-end
• Coordinating with drivers, dispatch, maintenance, safety, and insurers
• Gathering and organizing documentation (statements, photos, police reports, estimates, etc.)
• Maintaining a live claims tracker with deadlines and next steps
• Following up with insurance carriers and third parties until resolution
• Identifying subrogation opportunities and escalating issues when needed

• Are highly organized and detail-oriented
• Take ownership and don’t need reminders to follow up
• Are comfortable communicating with insurance companies and vendors
• Can manage multiple open items without losing control of details

• Avoid follow-ups or difficult conversations
• Prefer slow-paced or low-accountability environments
