ScheduleMonday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.

- Communicates effectively across pharmacy and/or corporate teams and with patients, successfully resolving issues.
- Tracks all pharmacy documentation and enters it into the EMR system as necessary.
- Answers incoming calls, takes messages, and transfers callers to the designated party when applicable.
- Greets guests and handles incoming mail.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- No supervisory responsibility.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law.
- Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician.
- 1+ years pharmacy or other healthcare‑related experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work with all levels of management and staff, and vast knowledge of pharmacy terminology and process.
- Ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and mindfulness.
The role requires constant sitting, typing on a keyboard, and occasionally standing and walking. Physical ability to push/pull and lift/carry 21–30 lbs is required.
