Duly Health and Care in Woodridge is seeking a Physical Therapist committed to empowering health, elevating care, and working alongside a team that is shaping what outpatient rehabilitation and healthcare can be.

This role is part of Duly’s continued expansion of our rehabilitation services. As more patients choose Duly for coordinated, outpatient care, we are adding new physical therapy positions to support timely access, manageable caseloads, and a positive work environment for our therapists. This growth allows our clinicians to focus on what matters most – delivering thoughtful, patient-centered care.
