Job Title:
FD Biller / Accounts Payable Clerk I
Location:
Woodridge IL, 60517 (Position is 100% on site)
Duration: 6 months

7 AM - 3:30 PM

Oversees the timely processing of invoices that are received from vendors for factory-direct orders.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities RequiredHigh School Diploma or GED and 1-2 years in Accounts Payable or related field. Computer literate, experience in writing business correspondence, and the ability to problem solve, multitask, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills.
PreferredPrevious SAP and previous experience working in a food service and/or distribution environment.
Essential Duties- Audit factory direct invoices for correct cost.
- Calculate freight in factory direct invoices.
- Research Sales Department inquiries on FD invoices and freight rates.
- Process FD invoices into the Accounts Payable System.
- Escalate issues beyond scope of authority to appropriate parties.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
