Position SummaryTria is launching an exciting Salesforce Developer Summer Apprenticeship Program designed to prepare aspiring professionals for associate‑level careers in Salesforce development. The program blends classroom learning, Trailhead modules, and direct shadowing of experienced engineers.
Program Overview- Duration: 3 months, including structured learning and applied project work.
- Format:
Hybrid model – virtual learning, mentorship, and occasional in‑person workshops. - Outcome:
Successful apprentices are considered for full‑time Associate Salesforce Developer roles at Tria.
- Permanent U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
- Reside in the United States and able to perform work there.
- Have lived in the U.S. for 3 of the last 5 years.
- Strong interest in technology, problem‑solving, and continuous learning.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior programming experience is required.
- Curious, motivated, and passionate about launching a career in Salesforce development.
- Open to learning Apex, JavaScript, Lightning Web Components, and professional skills such as teamwork, Agile, and communication.
- Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable in fast‑paced, team‑based environments.
- Committed to completing the program and pursuing a technology career.
- Foundational Training:
Salesforce basics, programming concepts, declarative tools, and introduction to Apex and Lightning Web Components. - Hands‑On Projects:
Guided exercises and real‑world scenarios. - Mentorship:
Dedicated mentors and peer support. - Certifications:
Support to pursue Salesforce certifications. - Career Pathway:
Transition into Tria’s Associate Salesforce Developer role with opportunities to grow toward mid‑level positions within 2–3 years.
- Complete structured learning modules and hands‑on labs.
- Assist with Salesforce configuration and customization tasks under supervision.
- Shadow experienced developers in coding, debugging, and testing.
- Participate in team ceremonies such as scrum, sprint planning, and reviews.
- Contribute to collaborative project work to demonstrate readiness for full‑time roles.
Background check:
Ability to pass a minimum background investigation.
Work Location:
Hybrid to our Woodlawn Office in MD.
Salary Range: $25 per hour.
