About this RoleReady to help us create meaningful moments for our members? The Financial Service Representative I plays an essential role in delivering outstanding service and building trusted relationships with our members. In this role, you’ll assist members and prospective members with their financial needs, guide them through our products and services, and help them take meaningful steps toward financial well‑being while reflecting the mission and values of Security plus.

Requirements In this full‑time non‑exempt role, you’ll be responsible for:Excellent Communication Skills
You’re a natural communicator, making it easy for members to understand complex financial information, no matter the platform—be it face‑to‑face, over the phone, or in writing. You create a warm, welcoming environment that fosters trust and builds member loyalty with every interaction.
Executing Transactions with PrecisionAccurately process a wide range of transactions—payments, card orders, and digital banking requests—with a strong focus on efficiency, precision, and attention to detail, ensuring seamless service for every member interaction.
