• To carry out task on delivery and pickups in Singapore area using 24 feet box truck with Tail Gate.
• Ensure timely delivery of shipments.
• Ensuring maintenance of company vehicle and that it is always in good working condition.
• Adhere to Workplace Safety & Health requirements to maintain a safe working environment.
• Correctly engage in loading and offloading of shipments and adhering to the policies and procedures of the loading facility.
• Execute day‑to‑day tasks as assigned by Superior.
• Shipments that need to be picked up must be checked before loading for delivery and any damages found must be reported to the PIC in Singapore.
• Shipments must be checked to ensure they are in good condition during both loading and offloading.
• Must ensure that proper delivery documents are provided to the customer and that the CN is signed and stamped as acknowledgement of delivery.
• Invoice, packing list & any other documents given by the customer must be handed back to the PIC in Singapore upon bringing the shipment back to our Singapore Hub.
• Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
