R&D Assistant

Working Hours:

8:30am - 5:30pm (Mon to Fri)

Basic salary: up to SGD 3,500 (commensurate with experience)

Location:

Woodlands

Benefits: AWS, Bonus, AL from 12 days

• Assist the R&D team in seasoning compounding and new product development activities
• Support monthly development of new seasoning formulations and application methods
• Prepare product samples and assist in promotional presentations
• Coordinate with the Purchasing Department to source new raw materials and flavor ingredients
• Handle raw material registration and maintain proper documentation
• Conduct quality checks, including sensory evaluation and visual inspection of finished products and incoming materials
• Evaluate existing and alternative food ingredients for product improvement
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the R&D laboratory
• Conduct plant hygiene inspections in accordance with food safety standards
• Support HACCP and Halal quality systems, including documentation and audits
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Company

• Minimum Diploma in Food Science or a related field
• Experience in food manufacturing or R&D environment will be an advantage
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Careful, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Team player with a positive working attitude
• Willing to work overtime when required
