Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and validate attendance records for payroll processing.
- File and manage WICA claims.
- Manage the application, renewal, and cancellation of work passes.
- Address employee grievances and facilitate a safe and healthy work environment.
- Diploma and above
- At least 2 years of HR experience in a construction industry.
- Proficient in Infotech and Times Payroll software.
Salary: $3,800 to $4,500
