Contract Period
From 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026.
Working Hours- Mon‑Thu: 7:30 am – 5:00 pm (60 min lunch)
- Fri: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm (60 min lunch) – 8 hr work
- No service on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
- Managing parents or students on discipline‑related matters such as late coming and behavioural issues.
- Preparing discipline‑related data and reports for the HOD/Student Management, including but not limited to late coming and absenteeism records.
- Perform duties such as canteen duty, detention duty, and patrolling.
- Managing students placed on detention or in‑house suspension, ensuring compliance with school rules and that they are meaningfully engaged in assigned tasks.
- Assist at school events when required.
- Carry out simple administrative tasks assigned by the Principal, Vice‑Principal, or Key Personnel.
- Experience working in a secondary school.
- Experience working in a law enforcement agency such as SPF or CNB.
- Experience in a student‑management role or similar capacities.
- Good communication and inter‑personal skills especially with students.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and spreadsheet.
