• Jobscope:
  Manage documentation
• Arrange for works to be carried out within the flats for residents
• Deal with residents' requests
• Resolve feedback from residents by manning the hotline
• Manage and update information such as surveys, repairs, painting, appointments, etc.
• Provide quotations to residents on private items, etc.
• Filing
• Handle admin duties
• Ad hoc duties

• Nice personality, positive attitudes, able to work in a team, team player
• Good interpersonal, PC, communications, and customer service skills
• Friendly personality; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Entry level; able to start immediately or with short notice (or one month notice)
• Open to candidates with any admin, customer service, residents service, coordination, or hospitality experience
• Candidates without work experience are welcome; training provided
• Able to attend face-to-face interview within a short period when invited (no Zoom interviews)
