Accountant (6 months contract)

Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 6pm. Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm - Salary: $4300 to $5000 (subject to qualifications and experience)
Post and review journal entries in Net Suite
Perform month-end closing and balance sheet reconciliations
Maintain fixed asset register and run depreciation
Prepare management reports, variance analysis, and forecasts
Support grant and restricted fund tracking
Assist in reports for government agencies, donors, and grantors
Prepare audit schedules (PBCs) and support audit queries
Prepare GST F5 returns
Review AR/AP journals and verify payment, refund, and e-claims batches
Degree in Accounting or Finance
ACCA / CPA preferred
2–5 years accounting experience
Experience in non-profit, social services, or service-based organisations preferred
Experience with Net Suite or similar ERP systems
Proficient in MS Excel (e.g. pivot tables, lookups)
