The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, and guide customers on their beauty journey. Sally Beauty provides the necessary training and values your passion and personality.

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Preferred: 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience.
• Availability to meet scheduling needs.
• Clear communication skills with customers, co-workers, and management.
• Ability to apply product knowledge to support customer service.
• Ability to read and explain product labels.
• Follow directions and perform duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally using ladders.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors.
• Physical exertion includes standing, walking, bending, crouching, reaching, and lifting.
• Work around moving parts, carts, or chemicals as needed.
