As an Applebee’s Host/Server Assistant, you will greet guests at the door with a warm welcome, assist servers in delivering exceptional service, and maintain smooth guest flow throughout the restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and smile.
• Assist servers in delivering exceptional service.
• Maintain overall guest flow of the restaurant.
• Ensure a positive and inviting dining experience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum age 18.
• Effective communication skills with guests and team.
• Commitment to making a positive impact on guest experience.
• Ability to remain stationary and actively move for up to four (4) hours.
• Capacity to lift up to 25 pounds frequently.
• Ability to wear protective hand and face coverings and use disinfectants throughout the shift.

Must be able to remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for up to four (4) hours, safely reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds. Must maintain clear communication and wear protective coverings while adhering to hygiene protocols.
