Pay: $27.00-$29.54

Pride Staff Sacramento West has a direct hire position for a Maintenance Technician.

Primary Responsibilities- Work in a team environment
- Machine maintenance processes including electronic, electrical, and mechanical installations, as well as repairs, preventative, and predictive maintenance
- Ability to understand operational manuals and calibrate machinery as required
- Maintain plant safety, housekeeping standards and quality checks within the manufacturing environment
- Must be able to climb ladders and grain storage bins, as well as handle 50 lb. bags.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with problem solving process
- Basic mechanical systems (gearboxes, pulleys, drag chains, augers, bearings)
- Electrical troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of controls (photo eyes, reed switches, limit switches, etc.)
- Basic understanding of metalworking, welding principles, and manufacturing principles
