Job Summary & Responsibilities

This position, working under clinic leadership, provides back‑office and/or population health coverage support when full‑time staff are absent. The Medical Assistant offers technical and assistive patient care, while the Population Health role facilitates preventive and chronic disease management practices, including patient outreach via verbal, written, and electronic methods. The role collaborates closely with providers and staff to optimize patient care quality.

• High School graduate or GED with a certificate to practice as a Medical Assistant.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• BLS‑CPR certification.
