Job Title: Creative Services Specialist (Part-Time)
Location: Woodland Hills, CA (On-site or hybrid position)
Job DescriptionOur company is the largest food can manufacturer in North America, and our parent company, Silgan Holdings, is one of the world’s leading consumer packaging manufacturers. We are offering a part-time opportunity to a graphic design student or recent graduate to join our Creative Services department and will report to our Creative Services Manager. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build experience and gain a foothold at a large, stable B2B company.
Responsibilities- Maintain, upload, organize, and tag content in the Digital Asset Management System
- Produce bulletins for Silgan’s TV’s broadcasting system
- Produce HR recruiting materials for more than 25 production facilities
- Reface PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use
- Produce miscellaneous training materials, such as handbooks
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a design-related program (Graphic Design, Visual Communications, etc.)
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word)
- Basic understanding of digital asset management and social media platforms
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Availability to work 20+ hours per week (remote and flexible scheduling)
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work on-site or hybrid
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Portfolio showcasing design work (academic or professional projects)
Salary: $25 – $35, hourly, depending on experience
