Seeking a motivated and self-directed candidate to join a growing team at Closets by Design Franchising. Candidate should have leadership skills and some woodworking experience. You will provide technical and operational training for new and existing franchise locations in manufacturing and installation of home improvement durable products, support sourcing, set up, and training on manufacturing equipment, and communicate company philosophy around lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and quality standards.

• Managing and leading Installers and Installer assistants (helpers).
• Manage and schedule each installation and service project from start to finish.
• Interact with customers, designers, and the production department.
• Place high emphasis on customer service and accounts receivable.

• Candidates should have experience in product installation (home improvement/building maintenance, appliance repair/installation, kitchen/bathroom installation, or other closet/cabinet experience).
• Must be able to demonstrate superior customer service skills from prior work experience.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Must be able to multitask and be highly organized.
• Skillful management ability to manage and develop people.
• Good communication skills.
